Q: How long will it take to get my order?
A: All dresses/mens outfits are made to order. Non-Beaded dresses can take 3-5 weeks while stock standered beaded styles can take 4-6 weeks. Custom/Customized can take longer due to the design process. However during peak times of the year it can take longer. We will let you know an estimated time frame when ordering.
*NOTE: customized dresses that are stock standered but have only a change of nude mesh color, skirt style or special order fabric or color combination will take the normal lead time of a non customized dress.
*NOTE: We do keep a small stock of dresses at all times. Please call or e-mail us to see what may be available in your size for immediate shipping.
Q: What if the item I ordered does not fit?
A: Returns or exchanges may be made within 30 days of the shipping date as long as the dress is unwashed, unworn and still has the tags on it. If the tags are no longer attached we will not accept the dress for a return or exchange. Beaded dresses can only be exchanged and not returned for another style/size/color or a credit good up to 6 months.
*NOTE: If you would like to try an unbeaded dress before getting the final beaded dress please contact us for directions on how to do so.
Q: What if I am not sure what style will fit me best?
A: Many people will order a couple different styles to try on to see what style fits their body shape best. You can then return the unwanted dresses back for a refund. Remember you have 30 days from the day the item was shipped to return any unwanted items as long as the dress is unwashed, unworn and still has the tag on it. Please call our studio for assistance.
*NOTE: 3 or more dresses returned from the same order can only be returned for a credit good for up to 6 months.
Q: I would like to order a beaded dress but I am not sure if it will fit. What do I do?
A: Since all beaded dresses can only be returned for a credit, it may be best to get us to send an unbeaded dress in the desired style and size to try before any beading is done. Remember you have 30 days from the day the item was shipped to return any unwanted items as long as the dress is unwashed, unworn and still has the tag on it. Please call our studio for assistance.
Q: What payments do you take?
A: We take all major Credit Card and personal checks (We must receive checks before a item can be sent out.) All orders placed on the website are processed through PayPal. PayPal is the Internets most secure payment website! You can still pay through PayPal without an account. There will be a section to put in your credit card information. If you prefer not to use paypal you may call us and we will put payment through our credit card terminal.
Q: How can I pay with PayPal if I don’t have an account?
A: No need for a PayPal account! PayPal accepts credit cards without needing to signup for an account. They accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Bank cards.
Q: Can I place an order over the phone?
A: YES! Feel free to call our studio to talk about any questions you may have and place orders!
Q: Do you ship international?
A: Yes we do ship internationally. We only ship US Postal Service internationally. Any exchanges on internationals orders will be charged for a 2nd shipping. Please call our studio for any international orders.
Q: How do I know what size I am?

Q: I want to bead my own Brad Griffies dress. Where can I buy Rhinestone Crystals?
A: We sell Swarovski Crystals listed in the Crystal section of the website! We have a limited selection on the website, however we can special order anything available from Swarovski! Please note crystals are not returnable once an order has been shipped.
