Terms and Conditions  
 

All terms and conditions are agreed upon when orders are placed online or over the phone.

 

Returns/Exchanges-

 

1. Unbeaded stock standard dresses can be returned within 30 days from delivery for a full refund. They must have the tags attached and in unworn condition. We will not except returns after 30 days.

2. Beaded stock standard dresses can only be returned for exchange of style/size/color or a credit good for up to 6 months from orginal delivery date. They must have the tags attached and in unworn condition.We will not except returns after 30 days.

3. Customized/Semi Customized dresses can not be returned. If you would like to check size or style please call 404-691-4242 to place your order and we can send a try on size before compleating the final dress.

4. Instock beaded dresses can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery. This offer is only good for one beaded dress at a time. If you would like to order two beaded dresses at the same time they will not be returnable for any reason. You may order one dress at a time to check size and style before ordering a second dress.

5. Men's outfits listed as returnable can be returned or exchanged. They must be returned within 30 days of delivery and have all the tags and in unworn condition for a full refund or exchange.

6. Men's outfits listed as non-returnable can not returned or exchanged for any reason. If you would like to check fit we can send a standard try on size for fit before compleating the final outfit. Please contact us at 404-691-4242 to discuss an order.

7. Customized/ Semi Customized Men's outfits can not be returned. If you would like to check size or style please call 404-691-4242 to place your order and we can send a try on size before compleating the final outfit.

8. All returns must still have all tags attached and in unworn condition. If an outfit is returned without tags or signs of wear it will not be accepted. Keep in mind if you want to try the outfit on the ice, beware of sweat marks or falling.

9. Three or more returned dress/pants/shirts at a time will only be good for a credit. All credits are only good for 6 months(starting at the delivery date of orginal order).

10. Brad Griffies Designs is not responsible for shipping charges on returned items.

11. Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing refunds. Online orders are processed though PayPal. Since PayPal only processes refunds up to 60 days(*a) from orders being place we may need to call for a credit card to process the refund. Customers have 6 months from the delivery date to contact Brad Griffies Designs once we have contacted them regarding getting a credit card(*b) for refund.

a. Since it can take up to 5 weeks to ship an order, we can pass the 60 day PayPal refund limit.

b. We will contact you if we need a credit card to process a refund.

12. Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if a return form is filled out. We will not accept returns or exchanges if we have not been notified before items are sent back. The return form will walk you through all steps you need to perform before returning items.

 

 

Try on sizes-

 

1. When reciving a try on size you will have 30 days to return the outfit from the delivery date. It must have all of the tags attached and in unworn condition. If you fail to return the outfit within 30 days it can not be returned and will not be credited to your final order.

 

 

Shipping-

 

1. Outfits normally ship within 3-5 weeks. However due to busy times of the year it can take longer. Feel free to contact us on delivery times. When an order is placed online or over the phone we will let you know an exact ship date.

2. Please note that while we will give you an exact ship date, due to unforeseen circumstances (weather,sickness,other) the ship date could be pushed back. We will contact you if an order needs to be pushed back. This RARELY happens.

3. Exchanged outfits on International orders will be charged for a second shipping. Normal International shipping is $40, but can cost more depending on the country. We are not responsible for any customs/taxs/fees on international orders.

4. Brad Griffies Designs is not responsible for shipping charges on returned items from sender to Brad Griffies Designs.

5. We charge for shipping on the first shipment of an order. We ship all exchanges free of charge, unless the customer asks for express shipping.

6. The customer is responsible for any damage that may occur during return shipping to Brad Griffies Designs.

 

 

Other-

 

1. We are not responsible for any customs/taxs/fees on international orders.

2. Orders shipping to addresses in Georgia will have a 7% tax fee added.

3. We are not responsible for the Colorfastness or the wear and tear of fabrics.
